Victim Offender Reconciliation Program Mediation Training
This 8-hour training will provide valuable strategies for conflict resolution between victim and offender. It is designed for those who wish to acquire a basic understanding of a Retributive Justice and a Restorative Justice approach to crime. Participants will learn how Restorative Justice is applied in Fresno Juvenile Court.
Experienced Restorative Justice Practitioners will present methods, as well as practical skills in listening and mediation. A training packet of models, charts, and worksheets for reference and practice will be provided.
