Circles of Support and Accountability (COSA) envisions a world, community, workplace, and family where every person is valued and given the opportunity to take responsibility where harm is done, recognized and restored, and making things as right as possible with all parties involved. We serve all people regardless of offense, including those who have caused sexual and other intimate harm.
COSA Fresno works with individuals who plan to parole to Fresno, CA seeking a restorative community and a circle of support in their reentry journey. While COSA Fresno has much to offer potential Core Members we also have high expectations of our participants.
COSA is an evidence-based program that fosters successful reentry to returning citizens, reduces recidivism, and promotes community in a prosocial environment.
